HOW IT WORKS
Go to the registration page, if your team is not visible in the workplace drop-down menu, send an email to Ryan@activepueblo.net to set up your team registration and become the team leader for your workplace.
Once your workplace is registered, your workplace will be available in the registration drop-down menu for co-workers to select and join. Start recruiting other co-workers to participate and direct them to the registration page.
Team Leaders are the contact person for your workplace answering questions, providing bike route maps and motivation to inspire other co-workers to register and try commuting to work by bicycle or walking. Team Leaders must submit the total number of full and part time employees to the event coordinator prior to the start date, which will be used for commute rate computations.
REPORTING
Each individual person will be required to log their trip information on a weekly basis. Each registered rider will get an email each week from the event coordinator with a link to the TRIP LOG section as a reminder to submit the following information
- How many days did you work this week?.
- How many days did you commute by foot or bike?
- Total weekly bike/walk miles to and from work. Other miles ridden on to or from work (training, errands, etc) can be counted as long as they are ridden on your way to or from work.
Week 1 is May 18-22 (short week),
Week 2 is May 23-29
Week 3 is May 30-June 5
Week 4 is June 6-12,
Week 5 is June 13-22 (long week).
Week 1 is a short week and week 5 is a long week, all other weeks run Monday-Sunday.
Weekly trips must be logged by the following Wednesday. If this deadline cannot be met, please contact event administrator or your Team Leader for assistance.
Individual logged trip results will be available on a Real-time basis and available in the RESULTS section. Team results will be posted on weekly basis.
